these terms govern use of mellowfunding.com (“mellow,” “we,” “us”). by using the site or submitting an inquiry, you agree to these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the site.
mellow is not a lender
mellow is an independent commercial-finance information and referral website. mellow does not lend money, fund merchant cash advances, make underwriting decisions, or control the terms offered by third parties.
when a suitable third-party provider or referral partner is available, mellow may connect or refer an inquiry to that party as described in the privacy policy and the consent shown on the form. any financing agreement is between the merchant and the identified third party. that third party’s agreement and required disclosures govern the transaction.
no guarantee of a match or approval
submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a response from a provider, a match, an application, an offer, approval, or funding. funding amounts, timing, costs, and underwriting examples on this site are general educational ranges, not promises or offers.

third-party providers

compensation
mellow does not charge a fee to submit the initial inquiry. a third-party provider, broker, marketplace, or referral partner may compensate mellow for marketing, a lead, a referral, a completed transaction, or another agreed service. the compensation may vary by partner and outcome.
submitter responsibilities
when submitting information, you represent that:
- the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you are authorized to act for the business identified;
- you are requesting information for a business or commercial purpose; and
- you will not submit another person’s information without authorization.
please do not submit bank account numbers, social security numbers, identification documents, or full bank statements through the initial website form.
acceptable use
you may not use the site to submit false or fraudulent inquiries, interfere with site operation, probe security, scrape personal information, distribute malware, or violate applicable law.
intellectual property
